6. Confidentiality

Both Stellar Eminence and the client agree to keep confidential any confidential information disclosed to each other during the course of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stellar Eminence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement for cause, such as material breach of the agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If negotiation or mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Nigerian Arbitration and Mediation Act.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Stellar Eminence reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
